Darius Sypek, M.D.
Dr. Sypek graduated from Medical Academy in Krakow, Poland where he met his wife Yvonne. He participated in a student exchange program sponsored by the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He completed his training in Internal Medicine at the Englewood Hospital in New Jersey and moved to Delaware in 1989 to join a private practice. He became Board Certified in Internal Medicine after passing the national examination in the 98th percentile. His interest is in preventive medicine.
Yvonne Sypek, office manager
Yvonne has managed our practice since 2004. She has a very outgoing and friendly personality and likes to make everyone feel welcome. Yvonne runs many errands every day and deals with tons of paperwork, but she enjoys interacting with patients the most. Polly Baker, medical receptionist
Polly joined our practice in 2009. Her job involves a lot of multitasking, including checking patients in and out, answering phones and scheduling appointments, setting up referrals and tests, and many other odd chores. She is very efficient and organized. Polly is an avid Cowboys and Elvis fan, she also collects all kinds of Barbie memorabilia.
